The weather over the past few days has permitted somewhat cozy garments, so my monthly trip to Zara had me bagging a lightweight long-sleeve crochet top – which I have been on a hunt for months, by the way!

I have the habit of digging out old pieces from my closet to style my new clothes with, and i rediscovered a black bandage dress that got pushed to the back of my wardrobe – I decided to give it another shot to shine! So on the first day out of my new crochet top, I wore it over the bandage dress and matched it with a pair of two-toned pointed flats. This number simply depicts my persona:

I am also a fan of maximising an outfit in many ways, so yesterday I paired my crochet top with a black pencil skirt with ruffles and ankle-strap heels. I completed the look with a studded shoulder bag just to add a bit of oomph to my monochrome outfit. And for the record, this look was suggested by my boyfriend, who is also the man behind these great photos!

Overall, this is just a representation of the sort of outfits that I will most likely be wearing for the next 3 months or so 😉
