I have a confession to make: Heels are not my customary go-to shoes for everyday wear. Despite the fact that I’d been snapped walking around in these leg-lengthening and ankle-skinnying weapons a few times, flats will always, ALWAYS be the classic staple in my wardrobe in terms of shoe wear. You’ll understand clearly once you see my body lurching forth with every step I take in heels, which is why my shoe rack is piled high with multiple pairs of ballet flats, loafers, bluchers, sneakers… ooooh, sneakers!

If you’ve been following my Instagram posts the past few weeks, you would have noticed that I have (almost) been living in my favourite pair of Adidas Superstar(s) since my paws got hold of them. I’ve unapologetically been matching it to any outfit – office attire, ribbed dresses, kimono dresses, and in this particular post: an off-shoulder, gypsy dress! At first, I was in two minds whether to slip into my gladiator sandals or not, but when I flirted with the idea of pairing the dress with my Superstars, the rest is history.

Inasmuch as I want to write more about the dress, I trust that the video and photos below will speak more about it. Have a wonderful week ahead!

P.S. Eyes were closed for that dramatic effect 😛
