Hey, guys! Hope you’re all having a wonderful Saturday. I started mine with a 10-minute ab workout while everyone was still snoozing in their bed. Boy, there’s nothing like a morning workout to boost your mood all day long – all of my senses are literally alert at the moment!

I won’t be writing much today because I have to prepare for my meet-up with my bestfriend who is set to tie the knot with her long-time boyfriend – the wedding is just a few months down the road! Have I mentioned that I was given the privilege to be her Maid of Honour? Yep, I’m wearing the badge proudly wherever I go.

Anyway, here’s what I did this morning:
1) Bicycle Crunches
2) Leg Thrusts
Did 30 seconds each for 3 rounds (had a bit of a hiccup on the timer – you’ll see that in the video)

3) Burpees
4) Planks
5) Side planks
30 seconds each for 3 rounds

6) Taking pictures
